Conveyancing


Conveyancing can be the most time consuming part of moving. It can easily take two to three months to complete. Although you can do the Conveyancing your self, it is very detailed work, and your lender will probably want a qualified conveyancer. It is therefore recommended that you use a qualified person.

From 01 July 2007 Home Information Packs are going to change the way conveyancing works as the buyer will only use a conveyancer sparingly as the seller will be using one before he or her put their market on the market.
