Conveyancing, put simply, is the legal transfer of a title of a property, and it covers process to enact a purchase or sale of a property by a solicitor.

Each solicitoir/conveyancer has there own way of doing things, as the process is not a strictly regulated one, also each has there own pace. Below is a list of the main things that make up the conveyance process.
